All of our products will be dispatched within 2 - 3 working days of receiving an order.
All products shipped to the U.K shall be posted via Royal Mail or Evri Tracked meaning you will be provided with a tracking number for your order.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please email us at admin@auralakecrystals.co.uk for return information.
All products returned must be in the same condition and in the same packaging as they were when dispatched to be entitled to a refund.
Return shipping is not included with purchase.
For damaged returns, please email us at admin@auralakecrystals.co.uk as soon as the item is received so we can rectify the issue as soon as possible.
